THE PAUL Butterfield Blues Band is tearing audiences apart at The Living End with some of the grooviest sounds I've ever heard. The club is off-limits to teens during the week, since liquor is served. But on Sunday there's a special teen matinee from 4 to 7 p.m. so you can dig the group.
