THE LATEST trio of ROIR cassettes expands the label's category of historical documentation – a division which offers some excuse for the fact that Reachout tapes often coast on their rarity value rather than their audio quality. Still, it's no surprise that Prez Neil Cooper can claim that 35% of his sales originate overseas, when he had the foresight to offer UK fans a taste of the Big Apple cults they kept hearing about but couldn't see.
