WHEN 'GOD SAVE THE QUEEN', a song by British punk-rockers the Sex Pistols, hit the top of the English charts several months ago, it was reason for them to have a jubilee-style celebration of their own. Just getting the record released involved much difficulty and created more controversy than anything in the realm of rock and roll in the past 15 years.
