THE SUGARCUBES may have plucked their second album title from Wind In The Willows's whimsical pages but the quote has an altogether more serious import: that the rapidity of Iceland's first pop success story, out of the glacial blue with the fine single 'Birthday', was felt as much by the group as their fans, and that they've no intention of going back as fast.
