IT'S A SEARING summer's day in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful cities. Three things are creating a buzz in the Catalonian capital this morning: the streets are being transformed with large white kiosks for some Spanish business festival, students are marching in protest down Las Ramblas and Radiohead have chosen this as the location for the launch of their third album. The band have been in town since Monday, following a couple of tiny warm-up shows in Portugal, they spent yesterday doing press and TV interviews and tonight is the official European unveiling of OK Computer.
