"TIM" WAS A familiar name around the Greenwich Village folk scene of the '60s, but one with a tragically portentous ring to it. Tim Hardin and Tim Buckley were to die before their time, and many believe that Tim Rose went the same way. Happily, he did not. He is alive and kicking in New York City.
