Tom Waits: Rain Dogs

With my head full of violent thoughts, swirling with the alcohol I've poured down myself to accomplish the task at hand, I'm just in the right frame of mind to review the editor's personal cassette copy of Rain Dogs, the new Tom Waits album. The words on the lyric sheet that Island provided swim before me, meaningless blurs that only activate once the music accompanies them, then, POW! Something special starts to take shape.
