THE BICENTENNIAL year has been a busy one for The Tubes, bull goose loonies of the San Francisco rock world. Shortly after ushering in New Year's at the band's first sold out concert at Bill Graham's Winterland, The Tubes left for Hollywood to record their second album, Young and Rich.
