Ultravox: The Nashville, London

MAYBE IT was just the crowd, but nobody seemed able to generate much atmosphere and excitement on this Tuesday night at the Nashville. Support band Dust On The Needle played their set of country favourites tight enough, although their sound was often too cluttered. Nevertheless they were to be faulted for their failure to connect with a largely unexcitable audience. But then headliners Ultravox were only slightly more successful.
