IT'S NOT SURPRISING that when Todd Rundgren first spoke to the crowd Tuesday night at the Roxy he mentioned recognizing a lot of familiar faces. The Rundgren cult is one of the most fanatic in the music world and legions of the faithful packed the West Hollywood club for the first show of the sold-out seven-day engagement.
