Van Morrison (part 2)
John Tobler, Blank Space, April 1979
IT WOULD BE shrewd to note at this point, the start of the second part of this documentary, that there is no intention here to backtrack on Van Morrison's music any further than his 1973 album, Hard Nose The Highway, except when earlier work came up in conversation. If you want to know about Van's work previous to that as seen through my eyes, it can be found in Zigzag 36, although I'm unsure just how readily available that issue may be at the moment, because it's five and a half years old.
