SHE CAME. SHE SAWED (a guitar in half). She conquered. Wendy O. Williams, late of the 42nd Street grind circuit, now lead singer of the more-vulgar-than-thou Plasmatics, destroyed three television sets, an electric guitar and a Cadillac Coupe de Ville on stage at the Palladium as the slack-jawed multitude looked on in a disbelieving stupor.
