Wet Wet Wet may be trapped inside Glasgow Pavilion, the streets may be blocked by hundreds of girlies screaming 'Marti! Marti! Oh Marti!', but – as the Adolf-lipped sergeant assures us – "the police have got this situation firmly under control".
