ADORE OR despise Billy Corgan's unmistakable musical shitstorm of hubris and angst – and he is a walking ammunition stockpile for both positions – it is refreshing to encounter a Yank who isn't shy about proclaiming his desire to have it all. Most of his American peers are so preoccupied with protecting their own tiny piece of beer-soaked alternaturf that they don't even know what it is.
