FOR THOSE of you who missed it, the general premise of the current TV ad for Kronenberg 1664 lager is as follows: If Britain were to be invaded by France, all kinds of improvements would ensue – we’d eat better, be less inhibited in bed etc etc. And all to the accompaniment of an erotic lullaby called ‘Je T’Aime... Moi Non Plus’.
