BRITISH SYNTH-poppers a Flock of Seagulls and Modern English each dented the top 10 three to four years ago — the former with 'I Ran' and the latter with 'I Melt With You'. Both groups have had only minor chart success since. One-hit wonders they may be, but that didn't stop a respectable-sized crowd of faithful followers from cheering them on at their April 30 concert here.
