LISTENING TO Junior Kimbrough again recently brought it all back home—how much that guitar tone had nagged and nagged at me, so damn familiar you know you've heard it before somewhere but can't place it for the life of you. But the keening guitar tone escaped me the first couple of times I listened to his 1992 Fat Possum CD All Night Long, before the Eureka light went on and revelation time came.
