A&M Sues George Harrison for $10 Million

LOS ANGELES — A&M Records has filed a suit against George Harrison, seeking $10 million in damages and the dissolution of Harrison's Dark Horse label, first pacted to A&M in an agreement concluded on May 15, 1974. The Los Angeles Superior Court action, filed last Tuesday (28), alleged that Harrison had reneged on that original agreement, which called for four Harrison solo albums.
