WITH THEIR SECOND album, Being There, already being hailed as the record of the year, and flattering, if fanciful, comparisons to such as Exile On Main Street being made, things are starting to move fast for erstwhile laid-back country-rockers Wilco. The pace is clearly getting to multi-instrumentalist Jay Bennett, who spends the entire interview sprawled fast asleep on a couch from where he adds a gentle snoring counterpoint to songwriter Jeff Tweedy's answers.
