CAN IT ONLY be 18 months since the Black Eyed Peas were jostling each other for space on the tiny stage of the 400-capacity Jazz Café? In career terms it seems like a lifetime ago. Since then, the street-smart, hip-hop crew from the Los Angeles projects has turned into an international pop phenomenon, thanks to the tremendous success of their single 'Where is the Love' and its host album Elephunk.
