THE TRANSFORMATION is now complete. Tim Simenon has finally shaken off the last vestiges of novelty-type pop stardom and embraced a glorious future-funk noise. Anyone attracted by the shiny surfaces and sleek, usually female-voiced shapes of his singles under the moniker Bomb The Bass might have been taken aback by this wanton display of extremism, but those who always wanted more substance would've been the proverbial pigs in shit.
