WHEN BRIAN WILSON had his nervous breakdown in the 1960s, he was working on a concept album called Smile. His fellow Beach Boys dismissed it as "a whole album of Brian's madness", and for years Wilson would not even talk about it. Yet now he is taking the album on the road.
