NEW YORK — Larry is a professional ticket scalper, and business at Central Park's outdoor concert series this past summer had been so good that he bought nearly a thousand dollars' worth of tickets for the week of Chicago concerts that closed out the season. But on the first night of the shows, Larry wasn't standing in his usual spot by the ticket booth; he was at the Sixth Avenue entrance to the park, desperately trying to dump his tickets before people realized that plenty of seats were still available.
