A RECORD tracing the deep bond of friendship and artistic respect between Otis Redding and himself has been waxed by Otis' "Soul Protégé" Arthur Conley. BUT THE SONG WILL NEVER BE RELEASED AS A SINGLE. "I made this record as a small token of the love I felt for Otis and to tell people just how much I owed him," Arthur told me when he passed through London recently.
