IN A TALL, draughty brownstone house, off New York's Second Avenue, preparations are afoot to videotape a sequence for Blondie's new single record, 'Rapture'. The two-minute film involves some 20 costume characters, among them a Martian, a Red Indian, a Rastafarian, a policeman, a troupe of voodoo dancers and a presently docile, though deeply pessimistic-looking goat.
