SINCE IT was the arranging/production and inspiration of Thom Bell which took Dionne Warwick (no final "e" these days) back into the charts after a long and worrying absence when he teamed her with the Detroit Spinners for 'Then Came You', it is not perhaps suprising to find that she's gone to the man again for a hoped continuation of her new success.
