ON THE second date of a two-night New York stand, the First International Music Against Brain Degeneration Revue has morphed into a comedy skit of blinky psychedelia and stoner technology. Fans shuffle around, nodding along with the music blaring from both the stage and the headphones that were handed out at the door. Broadcasting a concert to headphones is just the kind of high-tech high jinks that indie-psych fans have come to expect from Revue organizers the Flaming Lips.
