FONTELLA BASS has had just one hit record in this country and that was with 'Rescue Me' back in 1965. However, ever since, every record she has made has created a great deal of interest regardless of whether it enjoyed any measure of success in the States or not. It's now got to the point where 'Rescue Me' has become one of the in-demand oldies that would surely enjoy good sales yet again if released.
