IF FRANK SINATRA was, by some chance, watching the Grammy telecast last week, he'd have likely poured himself another drink and muttered darkly into his glass about the declining standards of pop. If past Grammy winners like Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby could have seen it, they'd be spinning still.
