LOS ANGELES – If Golden Earring, the perseverant Dutch quartet, turns out to be as good as the Ray Milland/Marlene Dietrich WWII film whose title it adopted, it won't be able to help making it big. Although Earring has just finished up an extensive U.S. tour, Americans can still only speculate about what the full production with the lights and quad system that they didn't bring from Europe might be like.
