A CLUTCH of nubile girls are usefully spending their school holidays hanging around outside the Bell Record Company offices in the hope of a glimpse of the Roller tartan. Alas, not even a sniff of Tam Paton is in the air, and they have to content themselves with giggles as the slim, coloured guy with a wide-brimmed hat over his eyes threads his way between them to get to the Rak offices a couple of doors away.
