UNDER NORMAL circumstances, the only people paying attention at a band's fifth gig should be a few friends and the cousin who's been roped in as roadie because he can swing the firm's Transit for the night. The headlining band should, of course, catch half the last number, tell the band they were great and their manager never to book them again.
