Jac Holzman: Indie-Label Folkie to Rock Patriarch

JAC HOLZMAN, the 79-year-old founder and former chairman of Elektra Records, might be expected to rest on his laurels. Yet Mr. Holzman, who will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 14, was in his office at Rockefeller Center, as usual, one recent Saturday morning at Warner Music Group, where he is a senior adviser to its chairman, Edgar Bronfman Jr.
