ARRIVING IN nearly the same breath as the magnificent Words And Music, this second album by Jimmy Webb is another impressive step in the conspiracy to recover his identity from the housewives of America and rightfully install him at the forefront of contemporary composer/performers. Like its predecessor, it is flawed, but the flaws are substantially different this time and Webb's forward motion is concrete.
