Lyceum Ban Funkadelic

FUNKADELIC, THE American group banned by London's Royal Albert Hall, have now been banned from the Strand Lyceum. Promoter John Sullivan — offered Funkadelic by the American Program Bureau — had originally planned to present the group at the Albert Hall on May 11. When the Albert Hall management said no — as exclusively revealed in the MM on March 20 — John Sullivan switched the date to May 9 — this time at the London Lyceum.
