Mighty Diamonds, U Roy, Delroy Washington: Lyceum, London

Karl Dallas, Melody Maker, 28 August 1976

THIS SHOULD be a review of the Diamonds' and U. Roy's appearance at London's Lyceum on Wednesday night, but back here in the tiny ghetto of safety in front of the bar it isn't too easy to see or hear what is going on so far away on the stage. The music appears to be good. At least, Delroy Washington opens well, proving that we have more than one excellent indigenous reggae artist.
