ALTHOUGH IT'LL never get to the situation where the ramifications of his use of Room 109 are being discussed, the time is probably just about right for a spot of critical reappraising of Neil Diamond. Indeed if the current adulation being heaped on Robert Wyatt's 'I'm A Believer' is anything to go by, it may well have happened already.
