RENO — PAUL Anka, on the eve of his 33rd birthday, glides onto the stage of the Headliner Room at Harrah's with the aplomb of a Landru. "I'd like to get this song the hell out of the way," he mock-growls. It is 'My Way', the solipsistic anthem written by Anka for Frank Sinatra.
