THE PREMIER funk bassist of this or any other time, place or galaxy, William (Bootsy) Collins, is back on the road and representing the P-Funk movement launched by George Clinton. Bootsy Collins currently has three fine albums out: Lord of the Harvest with his band Zillatron (Ryoko), Blaster of the Universe with the New Rubber Band (Ryoko) and Back in the Day: The Best of Bootsy (Warner Bros.).
