Roxy Music Hits New High with Love Drug

"I FIRST learned 'Love Is the Drug' might catch on in America when I was in an elevator in Milwaukee," Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry said in his West London home. "The group was on its last tour and the girl singers were wearing Atlantic's 'Love Is the Drug' badges. All these blacks from a convention upstairs got in the elevator and said to the girls, 'Love is the drug I love; hey, baby, where did you get that?'
