WHEN ALL'S been said and done, the Recycler has got to be one of the coolest rags in the entire LA press sump. Now, every town undoubtedly has a similar sort of publication (wherein items-for-sale are offered individually or by the pantload) but LA's a burg with big ideas and some of the items preferred in its Recycler are nothing less than the stuff of dreams.
