ANYONE WHO has paid any attention at all the last three years knows that I (and almost everyone else around this tiny office) rate the Who as the best everything ever. Regardless of current lack of productivity, it can be stated equivocally that there was never any serious challenge to the Who between 1964-1969. Now along come the Jam trying to emulate the Who of that period, and I don't much care for it.
