THE PHARCYDE sneaked into our consciousness a few years back with the ridiculously infectious 'She Keeps On Passin' Me By' and they rode in strong with the whole jazz/hip-hop trippy funk movement. Times may have changed somewhat in the few short years since then, but this is basically more loose, infectious dirty jazz/funk/hip-hop from the west side by a rap group who have been known, on not just one occasion, to partake in the smoking of illegal substances.
