FOLLOWING up the great success of last month's Caribbean Festival at Wembley, the first Reggae Convention at the Lyceum promised to be at least as good. Several of the big names from the Wembley show were on this bill too, as well as Pat Kelly, Owen Gray, and four of London's leading Sound Systems.
