Irina Shtreis

Irina Shtreis is a music journalist, contributing to Louder Than War (UK), Jazzist (RU) and Zvuki (RU). She is currently studying Literature, Media and Culture at the University of Iceland. As part of the work on her Master thesis, Irina has been researching the cultural impact of music fanzines in the late '60s and '70s. Her earlier BA essay "An Age Yet to Come" explores the concept of nostalgia in British music media.
