THE '90S REUNION of Robert Plant and Jimmy Page, resulting so far in an album and a tour, is no doubt an invigorating development for old fans of Led Zeppelin. Needless to say, the rejoining of Plant and Page does not (indeed cannot) reconstitute Led Zeppelin. Yet, all factors considered, it is a reasonable facsimile.
