FIVE YEARS AGO in the bleak Northeast England town of Wakefield a guitar player named Bill Nelson sat around rapping with some friends who owned a record shop. They were mapping out plans for an album. Bill Nelson had some fast fluid songs, strange tunes with jagged pointed edges and he wanted to record them.
