HUMAN BEHAVIOUR being what it is, I've already heard half a dozen journalists declaring this, Bjork's third solo album, to be no great shakes. I'm afraid I'm out of step again. It's a romantic, ambitious, cinematic work which moves me more than anything she's done since 'Venus As A Boy'.
