AT 35, HE'S still claiming that all the world's a stage and all the men and women merely stage hands. He's still hauling that battered Tele from the Mid-West to the Far East. He's still peppering his three hour adrenalin-driven set with such legendary sweet prole anthems as 'Thunder Road', 'Born To Run' and 'Rosalita'. He's also promising to bring that Tele and his slightly altered, ever-faithful E Street Band back to this country next May.
