CHILMARK, MASSACHUSETTS.The Island Children's School gave its first annual benefit concert here last January 12 and if you've read The Vineyard Gazette then you know it was an unqualified success. There are 60,000 people on Martha's Vineyard in the summertime and only 6,000 in the winter. On Jan. 12 a full one-tenth of the island's population showed up for the concert.
